Colombo
Colombo is the largest city and commercial capital of Sri Lanka. It is located on the west coast of the island and adjacent to Sri Jayewardenepura Kotte. Colombo is a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern life, colonial buildings and ruins. Due to its large harbor and strategic position along the East West sea-trade routes, Colombo was known to ancient traders 2,000 years ago. In 1978 administrative function were moved to Sri Jayewardenepura and Colombo was designated as the commercial capital of Sri Lanka. The population of the Colombo District is 2.52 Million and famous landmarks include Galle Face Green, Viharamahadevi Park and The National Museum.
The city tour includes places of tourist interest such as The Old Parliament, Bandaranaike International Conference Hall, Independence Square, Buddhist and Hindu Temples and The Town Hall.
Kandy
Royal Botanical Garden which is located less than four miles from Kandy on the Colombo road. Being 1,540 feet above sea level, it covers approximately 150 acres and well known for it’s a large variety of plants and creepers. The best attraction is the orchid house, which houses more than 300 orchids and the nutmeg grove.
Dalada Maligawa – where the Sacred Tooth Relic is placed and preserved is undoubtedly the greatest attraction of the city. It is one of the most sacred places for all over the world.
Raja Wasala – The royal palace complex where the Council Chamber known as the “Magul Maduwa” is seen. This is a unique wooden pillared hall dating back to 1784 and the Devale complexes are housed inside.
Galle
Galle was the center of the Dutch regime in the 17th century and the majestic Galle Fort bears testimony to this fact. The City of Galle is one of the well preserved colonial-era cities in Southeast Asia and has been declared a ‘World Heritage City’. The Dutch Museum, Groote Kerk (Great Church) and National Maritime Museum are two famous tourist attraction in Galle. The city is known for its delicate handmade lace and ebony carvings. The Galle International Cricket Stadium has also contributed to enhance the image of the city as a sports destination.

City tour of Negombo.
The datch canal was the supply route to the Dutch administration, old churches and fishing villages. The 100KM long canal running through the town is still used and is an attraction for those who want to see the country from a different perspective.
Leave for Anuradhapura.
Wilpattu National Park (Willu-Pattu; Land of Lakes) is a park located on island of Sri Lanka.
Day 03 :
City tour of Anuradhapura.
Situated in northern Sri Lanka and the capital of the north central province. Established in 4th century BC it was the first capital of Sri Lanka and remained until 8th century AD.
Proceed to Sigiriya.
Day 04 :
Visit and climb the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress a massive rock in the green scrub jungle, is perhaps the most memorable place for visitors to Sri Lanka.
Visit Kaudulla or Minneriya National Park which are two of Sri Lanka’s well known wildlife reserves and eco-tourism attractions.

Leave for Peradeniya Railway Station to board the train for Ella, which leaves at 1235 hrs. This is a beautiful scenic train ride through tea plantation, many waterfalls – an experience never to forget. Most of the time you have to travel in the train standing, along with the local people.

Day 07 :
Visit the Ella small town area driving through including the attractive "Nine Arches Bridge"- one of the iconic bridges in Sri Lanka. Located between Ella and Demodara Railway Station.
Also visit the Rawana Falls - One of the widest water fall in the country.
Day 08 :
Full day leisure in Ella.
Day 09 :
Leave for Sinhraja.
En route visit a Tea plantation and a Tea factory to witness the process of manufacturing the world famous "Ceylon Tea" from plucking of the green leaves to packeting processed tea.

Proceed to the entrance of Sinharaja Forest Reserve bya jeep and start your nature walk through the tails to explore the beauty of rain forest.

Leave for Dickoya.
At Kithulgala, Enjoy white water rafting. The six kilometer stretch along the Kelani river graded 2/3 is exciting to negotiate with six rapids, namely virgin’s breast, butter crunch, killer fall, white quarter, head chopper and rafting quarter. In claim waters you could let your self-float while enjoying the scenic beauty.
Day 11 :
Early morning around 0130hrs commence climbing Adam’s peak (2,243merers).
Leave for Nuwara Eliya. Which means the ‘City of Lights’ is also known as the city of eternal spring, where the air is pure, cool and distilled up through 1,884 meters.
Day 12 :
Leave for the Horton National Park. This park covers an extent of 3,162 hectares and 7,200 feet above sea level.
Trek to World’s End, a vertical drop of 1,312 meters and the Baker’s Falls is an experience.
Day 13 :
Leave for Nanu Oya Railway Station to board the train for Ella, which leaves at 1235 hrs. This is a beautiful scenic train ride through tea plantation, many waterfalls – an experience never to forget. Most of the time you have to travel in the train standing, along with the local people.
The train will reach Ella Railway Station around 1515hrs.
Day 14 :
Leave for Tissamaharama.
Visit Katharagama, is located 283Km from Colombo and 19Km inland from Tissmaharama. This is one of the most popular and sacred pilgrim sites which attract mainly Sinhalese Buddhist, Hindu Tamils and marginally the Muslims and the Christians.
Day 15 :
Early Morning 0600 hrs. Leave on a safari of the Yala National Park. This park is 378 sq. miles in extent and is a most famous and well-developed National Park in the island.
Proceed to Galle.
Day 16 :
Full day leisure on the Beach. A fishery harbour town with scuba diving and a long beach, situated 195Km from Colombo.
Commence the city tour of Galle. It was the center of the Dutch regime in the 17th century and the majestic Galle Fort bears testimony to this fact.
